Her commitment to the practice deepened after relocating to Texas, where she was introduced to the STOTT pilates method. She earned her mat certification and began teaching at a local gym. Laura is a retired physical therapist who bring a strong foundation in biomechanics to her Pilates instruction. She views Pilates as a natural extension of her professional background and is passionate about helping clients restore proper alignment and movement patterns. Her guiding philosophy, “motion is lotion” reflects her belief that consistent movement is essential to living a healthier, more vibrant life.

Although Pilates remained in the background for several years, Laura rediscovered her passion for the practice during the pandemic when she began training on the reformer. Since then she has experienced firsthand the benefits it offers - including improved breathing, increased energy, and stress relief. She is currently completing her full certification and is excited to continue sharing the transformative power of Pilates with her clients.

In 2024, Charlotte discovered that connection when she found pilates-and everything changed. Inspired by how it transformed her physically and mentally, she set out to share it with others.
